Refund

You can return all non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that orders returned after 14 days are not valid returns. I am Levant do not cover the postage for the return or refund the original postage. Please send an email on [email protected] if you wish to return and they will provide all details. 

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, otherwise, no refund/replacement will be issued. We will not accept a return that is damaged, used or dirty. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to package an item in a state that it will reach us as in original state even if deemed faulty in any way when received.

We do not accept returns on any item personalized with your inscription unless the item is faulty in which case it will be replaced with the same or an alternative can be chosen. We will refund the amount you have paid for the item, excluding the shipping costs.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us at [email protected] with a brief description of the problem along with images so we can look into this for you and if appropriate we will arrange your replacement. If we have made a mistake or if the fault is due to a production error, we will pay for shipping it back to us, but please note you are responsible for letting us know through email if the product is damaged upon arrival.

Wrong item

If you received that is not what you originally ordered, please contact us on [email protected].

Lost or damaged items

I am Levant cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of any item sent via any of our courier services.

If the delay is out of I am Levant´s control then you should contact DHL directly.

No refunds will be offered on delayed items. Please make sure to write your address correctly to prevent delays with DHL.
