Can I cancel my order?

Customized bags with initials can be cancelled within 2 days of ordering by email.

When can I expect my order?

In normal circumstances, we would like to have your order shipped/handed over to DHL Express Worldwide within 10 days from your order was placed. After that the delivery time will be 3-10 working days*

*Kindly note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. Sometimes due to customs in the respective countries, the delivery times may be longer. However, in periods of high demand as in our sales period, shipping and delivery might exceed normal expectations, and we hope you understand.

Where can I find my tracking information?

If your order has left our warehouse, you should have received a tracking notification from DHL. If you have yet to receive a notification about shipping, the order is probably in the queue to be packed and sent and the tracking information should be provided by the shipping company shortly.

Do you cover customs import taxes and duties?

You will be charged for the item purchased and shipping costs only. Our prices include import duty and VAT.

Can you refund personalised goods?

No, we do not refund personalised goods.

Do you offer refunds on non-personalised goods?

Yes we do, however it is up to the customer to cover the return postage back to our warehouse and we do not refund the initial postage either.

Are the initials case sensitive?

Yes we write exactly as the personalisation is written. So please do triple check exactly how you write the initials in the box- it is embroidered exactly as you enter it. This will be your responsibility if wrong.

Can I change my order?

We only accept changes within 12 hours of ordering by email.

Can I cancel my order?

We only allow cancellations within 2 days of ordering by email.

Do you offer discount on bulk ordering?

Please email (Email) stating what you want to order and in what quantity and they will advise.
